Back in the day, my friends and I didn't all coordinate and buy the same game in order to play online together. There was no online. So, we'd all buy separate games and when we were finished with them, we'd swap games, stretching our parents' dollar a bit. I remember trading Matt, "Robowarrior" for "Contra". It's weird, but I still get a huge rush of nostalgia when I hear the sounds and music from any of those old games.
The point to my blog, is that I just traded Gears of War 2 for Left 4 Dead with a coworker's son. I'm pumped.
